Two very exciting pieces of information!!
First, our first shipment is finally here!! Now we have all of our things. Here are some pictures you might enjoy.
All of our goods! It was like Christmas time! We had been living in a suitcase for the past 6 weeks and were very excited to see the truck!
This is a picture of Ben laying in mounds and mounds of PAPER that the packers use to wrap all the goods with. It was funny to see how much paper they would use just to wrap up a couple of pens or an oven mitt.
Second, Ben and I had been talking about what we wanted to do for our first anniversary (which is coming up! How exciting!) and my birthday. We really weren’t sure what to do until our friend Rebecca said that she and her boyfriend were going to Spain for Memorial day weekend and she wanted us to come with them. That’s what we are doing! We are going to Barcelona on the 23rd and will be back on the 25th. We are so excited because neither one of us has been there before and I’m thrilled because I’ll be sitting on the beach for my birthday.
