Skype!

Since Benjamin has been TDY, we've been using Skype! This is a great way to talk to each other while he's away, and for free I might add! Here is a picture I snapped of Benjamin while we were talking. Skype is such a great invention!

6th TDY

Benjamin left this morning for his 6th TDY, headed back to New Jersey for Combat Training. This training is to help him prepare for his deployment in May. He received a lot of his gear, here we are modeling the bullet proof vest. It was heavy, well only like 20 pounds but still!

5th TDY

Benjamin is packing for his 5th TDY. This time he is going to Ramstein Air Base in Germany! He will back in less than a week, thank goodness! After I dropped him off at the airport, I met my friend Laura for some English tea and scones at Harriet's Tea Room. It was lovely! We listened to live piano music while we talked and drank our tea. It was great end to what could have been a crumby day. We also did a little shopping and I got a rug and some vases. Pictures to come when Ben returns, he's got the camera.
